INGREDIENTS

200g Maash daal (also known as Urud Daal)

200g Moong Daal (without skin)

3 garlic cloves

1 tsp salt

1 tsp bicarbonate of soda

2 tsp white cumin seeds

Vegetable oil for deep frying
