Following the roaring success of our debut supper club we're back with another Ethiopian kitchen takeover.
Sara is honouring her mothers heritage and showcasing the culinary delights of Ethiopia with hearty meat and vegan stews and bountiful portions of gluten free injera, freshly baked dabo (Ethiopian bread) and a coffee ceremony.
There will be a full bar service as well as home made Tej (Ethiopian honey wine)
Expect warm Ethiopian hospitality music and good times.
This dinner is in honour of my wonderful grandmother who we lovingly referred to as Emaye (the Ethiopian term for mummy). She sadly passed away in June after a long standing battle with Alzheimers.
Emaye was in my opinion the best cook in Addis Ababa and passed many of her secret recipes down to my mother who will be in the kitchen on the evening.
